Gigtees Exchange Policy: Apparel Items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Mugs, etc.)

At Gigtees, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, due to hygiene concerns and the nature of our print-on-demand items, we are unable to accept exchanges for these products.

Return of Items Due To Change Of Mind

At Gigtees, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a purchase. We're here to help, but with a few conditions to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

Change of Mind Before Dispatch:

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If you change your mind about your purchase, we can accommodate your request only if it's made before your order has been dispatched. We encourage you to review your order carefully and make any necessary changes immediately after placing it.

Request Process: To cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order details, and we'll assist you with the process.

Post-Dispatch Policy:

Hygiene Considerations: Due to hygiene concerns and to ensure the safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for any items once they have been dispatched from our facility.

Confirmation of Dispatch: You will receive a notification when your order is on its way. We recommend keeping an eye on your email to stay updated on the status of your order.

 


Gigtees Warranty Returns Policy: Damaged Goods

At Gigtees, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you encounter any issues with your apparel items, our warranty returns policy is here to support you.

Warranty Claim Conditions:

Claim Period: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a warranty claim within 30 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for our warranty service.

International Customers: For our valued international customers (outside of Australia), you will need to pre-pay for the return shipping of items under warranty claim. However, we will reimburse you for these shipping costs if your warranty claim is validated.
